FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in the year 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is found in the largest industrial location within northern Italy. Throughout the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, a wide range of presses, forklifts, farming machines and prefabrication molds.
During 1963, the company began crane production. The business eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru presently produces and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machinery are designed and engineered for various uses and there are units available to cover all construction needs.
Some units provide extremely flexible lifting options for companies that are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and provide 22 to 40 meters jib range.
Topless tower cranes are among their other models. These cranes have upto 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and really adaptable. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes provide a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are regular tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These types of cranes are particularly designed to work in tight locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
